upon arrival, i discovered i was moved to the grand hotel savoia. the front desk staff offered a warm welcome after a long journey. the room was beautiful and the staff was very attentive.
during the stay, i noticed a slight increase in the city tax. i think it's important to clarify all potential charges upfront to avoid surprises.

faulty tvslippery floor
The tv in my executive double room barely worked. Many channels were unavailable. the hotel blamed it on weather, but it still was annoying. They said many people came in with wet umbrellas so they did not bother drying it.

i encountered a few issues . the air conditioning did not work well despite reporting it several times staff checked it but did not fix it. i also found that the coffee creamer sweeteners and toilet paper were not replenished as needed. the provided hair dryer overheated quickly limiting its usefulness.

the location is near the train station this made travel simple i used the hop-on hop-off bus due to its proximity. the room was adequate it contained the amenities i needed
